Indeed, this is missing.
But well... All this crap which the whole world is dealing with now as "identity politics" came from the US - and in the US, talking about responsibility for what you do forever had already been a matter of "Whaaaat?!". (Like "What, I shall take over responsibility? This is fucking America! We do everything whenever the fuck we want and where we want it! We don't think about responsiblity or what it causes!")
