m_d_h Been a busy day ... maybe I'll meditate before I fall asleep ...

Fell asleep while meditating ... I'm not sure that should count as a win ... I could always just wait until I go to sleep to "meditate", but that feels like cheating.
If I fall asleep while meditating two days in a row then I'll have to rule it a loss, but I'll let it go this time. But I may be hitting the point where on a busy day I can't meditate for this long.
It is also possible that as I meditate for longer periods I become ever more relaxed and cannot help but fall asleep.

T cooked dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. He's suddenly been cooking more often than before.
