Where was Astrid?

She usually joins me in my bed when I go to sleep.  I fell asleep earlier than usual, but after a 90-minute sleep cycle I woke up, needing to pee.  She wasn't in my bed.  Sometimes during winter I worry that one of the cats might get stuck in the sun room when we take Dax outside, and during winter the sun room can get pretty cold at night (though it almost always stays above freezing).

So, I had to go looking for her, to make sure she was OK.  She was lying on the living room sofa, looking quite comfortable.  I pet her on her head, then returned to bed, and she followed me.

When I woke this morning she was snuggled against my side with her paw wrapped around my shoulder -- that's how it should be :-)
