m_d_hDax was very excited to have pizza crust, and afterward he seemed to be feeling better -- not like the previous few nights. Maybe the antibiotic is finally having some effect. The pizza and wine lifted morale all around by the time bedtime came. Success! There is nothing that makes Dax happier than when T and I have a pizza & wine date night.
For one night, at least. We're not out of the woods quite yet. You can keep a pet eating for a while by rotating through all the high-value treats, but that's not sustainable.
A long day, I'm tired. Will try to get some work done tomorrow, and I'm not planning to hit the condo this weekend unless T wants me to go. Next week I hope to get T to spend a night at B's for some Time to Self.
